Please double-check your address and zip code before submitting your order.
UPS will deliver to the exact address you provide. Once your box leaves our facility, we cannot reroute it.


📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC.
We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or American service bases outside the lower 48.


📅 When We Ship

We currently ship once a month and will list the shipping details on our website. We will ship on a Monday or Tuesday to help ensure your meat doesn’t get stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.

Check the announcement bar at the top of our website for upcoming shipping dates and order cutoffs.


🚚 How We Ship

Orders are shipped via UPS using one of the following services:

  • 2nd Day Air

  • 3 Day Select

  • Ground (based on location and time of year)

Shipping will be added at checkout.


📦 New Mexico Orders

Shipping within New Mexico? Your meat ships UPS Ground and typically arrives in 1–2 days.
Live near the Clovis, NM area we can schedule a direct delivery option. Just contact us directly and we will work out the details.


📦 Orders Outside of New Mexico

Orders to other lower 48 states are shipped via UPS 2nd-Day Air, 3 Day Select, or Ground depending on distance and weather. Most boxes arrive within 24–48 hours of shipping.


❄️ How Meat is Packed

Every frozen meat order is packed in a recyclable corrugated box with a thermal cooler liner.

  • Packed with dry ice or cold packs to keep your meat frozen in transit

  • It’s normal for the dry ice to be gone when your box arrives

  • Meat should still be frozen solid or cold to the touch (below 40°F)

Check your meat upon arrival. If anything seems off, contact us.


📦 Tracking & Delivery

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
UPS scans along the way, but updates can be inconsistent.

We recommend being ready to receive your box once it's en route. UPS may leave the box at your porch, gate, or garage, depending on their policy.

We cannot control where the delivery driver places your order.

If you like, you can leave delivery instructions at checkout, and we’ll add them to the outside of the box to help guide the driver. We cannot guarantee the driver will follow the instructions.

🛑 IMPORTANT

We do not control your package once it leaves our facility.
If UPS delivers to the wrong address, we’ll do everything we can to help, but please triple-check your shipping info before ordering.


💸 Returns & Refunds

Damaged Goods

If your box arrives damaged or something is broken, let us know right away so we can issue a refund.


Perishable Meat

We do not accept returns on meat due to its perishable nature.
As long as it’s below 40°F on arrival, your meat is safe to refrigerate or refreeze. If you have concerns, reach out.


Bulk Lamb Orders – Change of Plans?

We get it, life happens.

  • Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied toward meat from your original order.

    Example: Paid a $300 deposit? You can use it toward $300 worth of meat.

  • Paid in full but need to cancel?

    • Find someone to take over your order

    • Roll your order to a future presale (if available)


Please note:

  • We cannot store meat beyond your scheduled ship date.

  • You’ll still keep any bonuses already received, even if you opt out of the full order.
