Our Story

We are a family owned and operated farm that raises prairie-fed and prairie finished lamb on the Llano Estacado of eastern NM. We began raising a flock of Dorper Sheep in the spring of 2021 and added NM Dahl in 2023.

Applying regenerative agricultural techniques and holistic management, we work to practice the Principles of Soil Health using the rules of Adaptive Stewardship while understanding the Ecosystem Processes. We rotate our herd throughout our pastures using adaptive grazing management. We are mindful of the health of the land and our animals.

Where is your farm located?

We are located on the High Plains of Eastern New Mexico, approximately 40 miles northwest of Clovis, NM.

Do you ship and where?

We ship within the 48 contiguous USA states, and shipping is included in the price. We also offer on-farm pickup by appointment and local drop off in Clovis, NM.

How is the meat shipped?

We ship meat frozen in insulated boxes with ice packs or dry ice to ensure it arrives frozen. Event orders will be transferred in a freezer frozen, bagged, and ready for your freezer.
