At Running M Farms and Ranches, we believe farming is more than a business — it’s a calling. Nestled in the prairies of Eastern New Mexico, we raise prairie-fed lamb using regenerative, faith-led practices that restore the land, nourish the body, and serve a higher purpose.

Our mission goes far beyond profit. We’re here to be stewards of the land God entrusted to us — to see it thrive again after decades of idleness, to raise animals in a way that works with nature rather than against it, and to provide wholesome, healing food to families who care about where their meals come from.

Like so many, our journey began with a personal wake-up call. After a loved one’s health crisis led us to question the food system, we began studying alternatives to conventional farming and medicine. What we found changed everything. Health isn’t just about what’s on the plate — it’s about how it got there. That’s why we follow regenerative principles, keeping our soil covered, using rotational grazing, and choosing practices that leave no trace but life behind.

We raise our animals with care, not chemicals. We believe healthy food is medicine, and it is the foundation to a lifestyle that reduces the need for pharmaceuticals. And we know that healthier soil leads to healthier plants, animals, and people.
